The story of Lionsister began with an idea, an idea born back in 2014, but implemented only in 2023. All those years, the Lionsister team members spent gaining knowledge and experience in this dynamic field, starting from selections and ending with the establishment of scaffolding subcontracting branches. After so many years and so many stages, one thing became clear - the market lacks quality, as a result of which the final idea of Lionsister was born: to create a working environment in which the relationship between employees and employers would be not only effective, but also mutually beneficial, would promote time and financial savings and would be based on quality.

Since then, the Lionsister team, guided by the principles of responsibility and dedication, has not only carried out large-scale selections in the fields of scaffolding installers, insulators - tinsmiths and ship insulators, but also intensively cooperated in order to maintain employee loyalty and motivation. Our passion for work is a commitment to ensuring that everyone's expectations - both employer and employee - are exceeded. All this allows us to boast strong business relationships with the largest companies in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Germany today.
