NARBUTAS is currently looking for a welder whose purpose is to weld metal parts and structures in a high-quality and timely manner according to technical drawings, technological requirements and established quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Perform welding work of metal parts and structures using the MIG/MAG method in a high-quality and timely manner.
• Read and follow technical drawings and technological instructions in the production process.
• Prepare parts for welding, perform their assembly and dimensional check.
• Ensure the quality of welds and manufactured products in accordance with established standards.
• Comply with occupational safety, quality and order requirements and take care of the technical condition of the equipment used.

FOR A SUCCESSFUL JOB YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience or professional qualification as a welder.
• Ability to weld using MIG/MAG (certificate required).
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of welding technologies and quality requirements.
• Responsibility, diligence and orientation towards a quality result.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate in a team.
• A fair attitude to work and adherence to the principles of safe work.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 10.28 - 12.53 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: 1715 - 2090 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
