Nature of work
MB “Iron Solutions” is a metal construction manufacturing company in Avižieniai, just outside Vilnius. We design, manufacture and install railings, stairs, fences, canopies, outdoor furniture and individual metal structures. We work with the largest Lithuanian construction contractors and real estate developers: “KAITA group”, “Hanner”, “EIKA”, “NARESTA”, “GILESTA”.
The entire process takes place in our workshop: cutting, bending, rolling, welding and powder coating. We are looking for a welder who can weld so that the seams do not need to be redone, and everything in the facility fits into place the first time.
What will you do:

What will you do:
- weld and assemble metal structures: balcony and stair railings, stairs, fences, gates, canopies;
- work with black and stainless steel according to drawings;
- mechanically prepare welding sites, sand and finish seams;
- install manufactured structures at facilities in Vilnius and surrounding areas;
- maintain your workplace and equipment and check the quality of the product yourself.
Employee requirements
- Experience in semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG).
- Ability to freely read drawings and work according to specified dimensions.
- Ability to organize one's work according to the tasks received.
- Responsibility, honesty, no bad habits.
- Category B driver's license would be an advantage.
Advantages:
- experience in argon welding (TIG);
- experience in welding stainless steel and aluminum;
- welder qualification certificate;
- experience in assembling structures in facilities.

- Salary from 1,500 to 2,500 € in cash according to experience, plus bonuses for the work done;
