Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers, ensuring high quality of service
- Identify customer needs, propose the most appropriate solutions and coordinate the smooth introduction of new customers
- Conduct negotiations, prepare and agree on contracts and other customer-related documents
- Coordinate the resolution of customer inquiries, non-standard situations and problems in cooperation with internal teams
- Prepare responses to inquiries, information letters and ensure the quality of the information provided
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and projects, provide proposals to increase process efficiency
- Cooperate with various teams of the organization to achieve common operational goals

- Experience working with strategic customers (in the logistics field - an advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ethical, innovative, proactivity and critical thinking
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
