We are currently expanding our activities and are looking for a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our closely cooperating team of experts in Vilnius. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the client portfolio and providing customer service to ensure the highest quality of services.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the client portfolio and providing customer service to ensure the highest quality of services.
Primary responsibilities
- Market analysis, identification of new business opportunities, attraction and ensuring successful business growth in Lithuania;
- Management and development of a portfolio of important clients, execution of sales budget;
- Analysis of client needs and provision of individual insurance solutions, ensuring daily assistance and high-quality services;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
- Cooperation, building effective relationships and negotiations with Lithuanian and foreign insurance companies and other company partners, in order to ensure the provision of the best insurance solutions to clients.
Expectations for the candidate
- Higher education, preferably in law, economics or business administration;
- Insurance broker license;
- Sales experience in the insurance and/or financial sector would be a great advantage;
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Analytical skills, ability to find solutions and manage risks;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Ability to work with MS Office and insurance policy administration systems.
