QUATTRO, CANIS, Lamurr – different brands and one interesting task: to help each of them find their place in the choices of pet owners. We are looking for a Key Account Manager who would grow the sales of these and our other brands in Lithuania, our home market, as well as in Latvia and Estonia.
Here you will look for where the product portfolio has room to grow, offer solutions to trade partners and, together with the product, marketing and production teams, turn them into real actions. You will see the result of your work where it matters most: in stronger relationships with customers and the growth of our products in the Baltic markets.

What we will entrust you with
- Develop cooperation with existing strategic customers and retail chains in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
- Search for new customers and business opportunities in the pet food category.
- Prepare offers for customers, taking into account their needs, market characteristics and our brand portfolio.
- Analyze the market, competitors, pricing and sales results; suggest ways to develop the portfolio and cooperation with customers.
- Coordinate customer projects within the company and represent "Kauno grūdas" at meetings, exhibitions and business development projects.
It is likely that we are on our way if
- has significant B2B sales or key account management experience, preferably working with retail chains;
- can demonstrate how you have developed customer relationships and grown sales results;
- understand pricing, product costing and the impact of sales decisions on the result;
- are able to combine customer needs with company capabilities and mobilize different teams;
- communicate well in English;
- have a category B driver's license and can travel to the Baltic countries.
Experience in the FMCG sector, pet food category or manufacturing company would be an advantage.
