We are currently looking for an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategically important clients, developing long-term relationships, and increasing the scope of services.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategically important customers, ensuring the implementation of agreed sales targets;
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and expand the scope of services offered;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service volumes and terms of cooperation;
- Ensure high quality of cleaning services, promptly resolve complex situations, customer complaints and conflicts;
- Monitor customer profitability, agreed KPIs, control the execution of contracts and compliance with obligations;
- Analyze market trends, the competitive environment and use this information for business development.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of client management, business development or key account management;
- You have successfully managed a portfolio of business clients;
- You are well versed in the principles of negotiations, relationship management and customer service;
- You are able to analyze data and make business decisions based on results;
- You have strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, you are a team player;
- You have a category B driver's license.
