Nature of work
Implementation of sales goals in cooperation with key retail partners: management of assortment, pricing, contract and negotiation processes, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
Preparation and implementation of annual sales plans, analysis of results, preparation of forecasts and identification of growth opportunities.
Formation of assortment, coordination of new product introduction and development of categories in assigned retail chains.
Project and order management, in cooperation with internal company teams.
Market monitoring: analysis of consumer behavior trends, price levels and competitor actions.
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements when working with regulated product categories.
Maintaining customer satisfaction by promptly resolving daily issues and non-standard situations.

Employee requirements
Higher education.
At least several years of experience in a similar position (an advantage is in the fast-moving goods sector, experience in alcoholic beverage sales or work with this product category).
Strong negotiation, planning and commercial analysis skills.
Analytical thinking, independence, ability to make decisions and take responsibility for results.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills when working with both clients and internal teams.
Initiative, constructive approach and result orientation.
Good MS Office skills.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
Category B driver's license.
At least several years of experience in a similar position (an advantage is in the fast-moving goods sector, experience in alcoholic beverage sales or work with this product category).
