- Develop long-term partnerships with the company's key customers;
- Analyze customer needs and offer solutions that meet their business goals;
- Search for business development opportunities while working with existing customers and increase the scope of cooperation;
- Prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations and seek mutually beneficial agreements;
- Coordinate the implementation of customer needs in cooperation with other departments of the company.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive environment, identify new business opportunities.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Fluent English is a must;
- Experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management or business development;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to organize work independently and is result-oriented;
- Experience in logistics, transport or road haulage logistics (FVL) is a great advantage.
