We are looking for a Key Account Manager who would ensure the growth of our business partners and at the same time the best results for our company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with business customers – ensure professional, trust-based cooperation, quick response to questions and problem solving;
  • Ensure sales growth – seek new opportunities, propose solutions, implement actions that help achieve goals;
  • Develop customer portfolio – actively work with existing and new sellers on our marketplace, contributing to the continuous growth of the platform’s results;
  • Manage the assortment – ensure that the product offering is high-quality, competitive and meets the needs of both buyers and our company;
  • Analyze data and make decisions – monitor sales results and ensure sales growth for sellers;
  • Offer additional services to marketplace sellers – advertising, logistics or other services that support their sales;
  • Collaborate with internal departments – work closely with logistics, marketing, IT and other teams to ensure the best customer and partner experience.

What We Expect:

  • Experience in sales and key account management (B2B, e-commerce – an advantage);
  • Diligence, analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers and data;
  • Proactivity, excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with both sellers and colleagues;
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
  • Readiness to work in an office with a team.

Salary

2300-4180 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a fixed part and a variable part – bonuses awarded for achieved results.
