NATURE OF WORK:

You will be responsible for building relationships, developing sales and implementing solutions that create value for customers:
  • Actively seek new customers and sales opportunities for the parcel delivery service
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms and accompany the customer throughout the sales cycle
  • Analyze your customer portfolio, identify growth opportunities and propose solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitors and contribute to the improvement of the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other teams to ensure the best customer experience

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and results-oriented:
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in sales (in the field of logistics or transport - an advantage)
  • Able to build relationships and trust with customers
  • You are independent, able to plan time and priorities
  • You think in terms of solutions and look for opportunities, not obstacles
  • You are characterized by analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English
  • Able to work with MS Office and CRM systems
