Your main responsibilities:
- You will manage and develop a portfolio of strategic foreign clients.
- You will maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their high satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will organize regular remote and live meetings with clients.
- You will analyze client needs, consult and offer solutions that best suit their business.
- You will coordinate the implementation of projects between clients and internal company teams.
- You will negotiate terms of cooperation, contract extensions and their development.
- You will identify additional sales opportunities for existing clients and contribute to the development of long-term cooperation.
We hope you:
- Have successful B2B sales or Key Account management experience.
- Able to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Focused on creating business results and providing high quality customer service.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility.
