We are looking for two colleagues - for the manufacturing customer team and the international leasing solution team.
What do our client managers do?
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with international and Lithuanian companies and their representatives (senior and middle managers, financiers, IT, responsible for processes and operations).
- Actively communicates with clients about their business plans and needs, presents innovations, identifies sales opportunities in order to improve the client's business needs.
- Works with the internal team to accurately understand and implement client needs.
- Coordinates service agreements, licensing issues and other commercial agreements.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has successful B2B sales or Key Account management experience (IT knowledge is an advantage).
- Can communicate in English (English: B2 – when working with manufacturing customers, C1 – when working with leasing customers).
- Communicates clearly, solves problems, is able to understand and manage complex situations.
- Plans work and meets deadlines and sees the big picture – takes initiative and suggests solutions.

Salary:
Salary 1800–2000 EUR in cash. Specific salary is offered taking into account work experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position.
