We invite you to join us as a Key Account Manager (KAM), who will grow the gourmet product range and develop the business in the Polish retail market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop the entire product range: cheeses, meat products and vegan products.
- Search for new customers in Poland, focusing on larger retail chains and gourmet food
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Poland, in order to ensure long-term
- Analyze the Polish market, monitor competitor activities and consumer trends, make strategic
- Regularly conduct business reviews with customers, assess their needs and solve problems, optimizing
- Negotiate contracts, supply prices and terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

- 3800 - 4900 € gross salary + bonuses, depending on experience and competencies

EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Experience working with Polish retail chains.
- Good knowledge of the Polish retail market and consumer needs of gourmet products.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer management or sales, preferably in the food sector.
- Knowledge of Polish is mandatory.
