Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned key OEM customers to drive value and volume growth;
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and service terms;
- Develop and implement a long-term strategy to increase profitability, develop sales and action plans to achieve it;
- Manage customer KPIs, initiate actions to improve results, identify customer needs and tailor individual solutions when closing deals;
- Act as a communication link between key customers and internal teams;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and assess their impact on existing customers.
Employee requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in sales, customer management or Key Account;
- Experience working with large / strategic customers and developing long-term business relationships;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills;
- Ability to identify business development opportunities and initiate sales;
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing;
- Result-oriented, ability to achieve sales and profitability goals;
- Strategic thinking, ability to plan and implement customer development actions;
- Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
