We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Vilnius and become a reliable partner for our clients throughout the entire cooperation.

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Vilnius and become a reliable partner for our clients throughout the entire cooperation.
What awaits you in this job?
- Manage incoming customer inquiries by phone and e-mail;
- Consult customers and help them choose the most suitable security solutions;
- Prepare commercial offers and coordinate the sales process;
- Monitor and develop your customer portfolio;
- Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the entire cooperation;
- Look for opportunities to offer customers additional services and solutions;
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve the best result for the customer;
- Work with CRM and other internal company systems;
- Involve yourself in the customer service process.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service;
- Able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- Are organized, responsible and able to plan your work effectively;
- Have good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Are result-oriented and provide high-quality customer service;
- Have excellent command of Lithuanian, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
