We are currently looking to join our team as follows: Key Account Manager
Our HERTZ team is growing and is inviting a new colleague to join us - a Key Account Manager.
If you are passionate about building long-term partnerships with business customers, delivering cars and solutions that help customers' cars move more smoothly, this position is for you.

Responsibilities waiting for you:
- You will build and develop long-term relationships with key corporate clients throughout Lithuania, growing long-term rental sales.
- You will seek out new business clients and present them with long-term rental and fleet management solutions.
- You will analyze the needs of customers' fleets, calculate TCO, prepare commercial offers and participate in negotiations.
- You will accompany the client throughout the entire contract period: from the offer and vehicle delivery to contract extension or fleet renewal.
- You will actively use the CRM system - manage customer data, record ongoing activities and manage the sales process.
We hope you:
- At least 2 years of B2B sales or key account management experience (experience in car rental, leasing or automotive sector would be a great advantage).
- You are proactive and result-oriented – actively looking for opportunities to create long-term value for the client.
- You are confident in negotiating and easily communicate with decision-makers at various levels.
- You are an independent, positive and team-oriented person.
- You are interested in the automotive market and are constantly improving.
- You have analytical thinking and calculation skills, you are good at Excel.
- You have a category B driver's license.
