We are currently looking to strengthen our team - a Key Account Manager who would contribute to the development of relationships with key customers and business growth.

Nature of work:

  • Management of important FMCG customers and development of long-term relationships.
  • Implementation of sales plans and ensuring results.
  • Coordination of commercial offers, pricing and cooperation terms.
  • Analysis of sales results, profitability and market trends.
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Cooperation with production, logistics, marketing and other internal teams.
  • Participation in negotiations with retail chains, distributors and other business partners.

We hope that:

  • You have successful work experience in the FMCG sales sector, in the field of key accounts or customer management.
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • You are able to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • You are result-oriented, proactive and independent.
  • You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on facts.
  • You know how to plan work and effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
