We invite a colleague to join the expanding team of Švara brolai cleaning department!
The main task is to keep the client's premises clean and the team motivated and engaged!

You will be responsible for:
- Organization of cleaning work, quality assurance and control;
- Work with the cleaning staff team - team formation, training, motivation,
- Creating work schedules, entering salaries into the system, selecting and ordering cleaning products and equipment;
- Relationships with customers - professional communication when organizing and performing work;
We hope that:
- You are independent, organized, able to plan tasks in detail, ensure their implementation and quality;
- You have team management skills and experience;
- You are communicative, have quick reaction and orientation in stressful situations;
- You have good planning and organizational skills;
- You have a driver's license (required);
- Good knowledge of Russian and English would be considered an advantage.
