Cleaning Coordinator

• Ensure effective planning and organization of cleaners' work.
• Organize and conduct employee meetings, distribute work, assess work quality, provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the laundry, monitor the quality of laundry, fill in the necessary logs and inform the direct manager about malfunctions.
• Provide information to the direct manager about performance results, problems, discrepancies.
• Send the completed shift report after the shift, carry out regular inspections of common areas, corridors, sanitary facilities, ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
• Organize and carry out accounting, issuance, timely ordering of necessary work tools (chemicals).
• Carry out other obligations of the direct manager related to the functions of the position.

Workplace in Palanga. Friday work schedule, from 8 am to 5 pm.
