Nature of work
- organizing the efficient and high-quality work of housekeepers and ensuring the quality of cleaning, maintaining cleanliness and order in the sanatorium premises;
- implementing innovative work methods and work organization solutions in the cleaning department;
- inspecting the equipment of premises and inventory, checking the preparation of rooms for a new guest and constant quality control;
- filling out employee work, vacation schedules and working time accounting sheets;
- organizing the search, selection, induction and training of employees;
- ensuring compliance with labor, fire safety and hygiene standards;
- cooperating with laundry, cleaning and other service companies;
- ensuring the implementation of the provisions of the customer service standard.
Requirements for the candidate
- Work experience in the field of cleaning/cleanliness maintenance (advantage – in a management position);
- Ability to organize team work and solve everyday situations;
- Good work planning, organization and time management skills;
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative and quality orientation;
- Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene standards;
- Ability to work with documents (schedules, sheets, reports);
- Communicative and ability to communicate with clients and the team;
- Ability to plan, organize one's own and the department's activities, and make decisions independently;
- Computer literacy (MS Office, etc.)
