We will trust you:
- Effective management of work processes
- Distribution of work tasks to the team
- Supervision of employee activities and timely completion of work
- Management and control of work quality, implementation of work project goals
- Time control of work volumes.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work a rotating schedule: 3 working days, 3 days off. Working hours from 19:00 - 06:00
- Is honest, diligent, responsible
- Has experience in leading a team and resolving all related issues
- Is able to ensure the quality of work and control deadlines
- Speaks Lithuanian, Russian, English
- Has computer skills.
