A steadily growing company operating in the hotel sector, with branches in different cities of central and southern Lithuania. The company's activities are focused on high quality customer service, therefore special attention is paid to cleanliness and order standards.
We are looking for someone who would become a true guarantor of cleanliness and order - not only overseeing daily processes, but also actively improving them. This position directly contributes to the overall image of the company, therefore we are looking for a leader who is able to supervise our cleaning team spread across different hotels.

Nature of work:
- Lead the cleaning team
- Set goals for subordinate employees, monitor their implementation and be responsible for the result
- Organize, plan and control daily cleaning work, ensure compliance with hygiene standards
- Plan the department's budget, monitor its implementation and KPI indicators, respond to deviations in a timely manner
- Search for and implement innovations (technologies, tools, methods), constantly improve processes
- Manage the need for inventory and cleaning products
- Take care of employee training, compliance with occupational safety requirements and participate in selections if necessary
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team, preferably in the hotel sector - housekeeping, cleaning or other service area
- Ability to independently organize work and be responsible for team results
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, experience in budget planning and KPI tracking
- Initiative in finding and implementing new effective solutions
- Category B driver's license
- Good organizational and communication skills
