What would you do in this position?
We are currently looking for a team addition at the Urbihop (www.urbihop.com) hotel.
There are no equal days in this job, but usually during the shift you will be responsible for:

There are no equal days in this job, but usually during the shift you will be responsible for:
- guest trust and payment administration;
- prepare invoices for guests for services;
- you will answer all guests' questions and ensure that their wishes are fulfilled;
- you will answer calls from interested parties and administer the hotel's mailbox;
- I will communicate closely with the housekeeping department to ensure efficient work;
- during the night shift (after the bar employee finishes work), you will make sure that our guests are not left thirsty or without snacks.

- you are a friendly, empathic and extroverted person;

- likes to solve various issues and does not get lost in unexpected situations;
- likes to be the representative face of the company (after all, the administrator is the first person our guest meets);
- able to work alone;
- has the ability to work on a flexible schedule (day and night shifts);
- you communicate in Lithuanian and Russian, you have good basics of English;
- working in the hotel sector is a big advantage.
