Nature of work
- Ensure orderly and proper functioning and maintenance of health and sports club building structures, communication networks (water supply, sewerage, gas pipeline, electricity) and equipment;
- Monitor water, air, and noise measurements so that the measurements comply with the standards set by the state, technical regulations for the use of equipment and perform periodic work related to the compliance of the aforementioned measurements with the norms;
- Supervise, control and ensure that the appropriate temperature and air circulation are maintained in the club premises;
- Ensure that: the club's electrical and plumbing equipment are repaired on time, control that the responsible persons carry out the assigned work on time and well, eliminate malfunctions;
- Control and supervise the work performed by service companies, give them the necessary instructions, ensuring the proper functioning of pool areas and their equipment, water cleanliness standards, temperature regulation and compliance with other hygiene and sanitation standards;
- Self-managing minor defects.
Requirements
- Professional or higher education;
- Responsibility, ability to perform various farm maintenance work;
- Communicability, friendliness, positivity, fast work pace;
- Similar work experience and VK electrical safety qualification - a big advantage;
- Driver's license and own car.
