Nature of work
- Ensure that the club's electrical and plumbing equipment are repaired in a timely manner, monitor that the responsible persons perform the assigned work in a timely and good manner, and eliminate malfunctions;
- Supervise, control and ensure that the club premises maintain the appropriate temperature and air circulation;
- Control and supervise the work performed by service companies, give them the necessary instructions, ensuring the proper functioning of the pool areas and their equipment, water cleanliness standards, temperature regulation and compliance with other hygiene and sanitation standards;
- Independently handle minor defects.
Requirements
- Professional or higher education;
- Responsibility, ability to perform various farm maintenance work;
- Communicability, friendliness, positivity, fast work pace;
- Similar work experience and VK electrical safety qualification - a big advantage;
- Driver's license and own car.
