Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Organize the work of the weighing team, coordinate schedules, shifts, substitutions and workload.
- Ensure employee training, competency development and smooth introduction of new employees.
- Ensure the quality of weighing, monitor KPIs, analyze errors and initiate improvement actions.
- Ensure compliance with established weighing procedures and work standards and their application in all bases.
- Maintain weighing systems, act as a key user and cooperate with IT in solving systemic problems.
- Identify process inefficiencies and initiate process improvement and automation solutions.
- Manage non-standard situations and incidents, analyze their causes and ensure preventive actions.
- Cooperate with accounting, production, IT, sales and other functions to ensure smooth dissemination of information and implementation of changes.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- 2-3 years of work experience in team coordination, process management or operations.
- Experience in organizing employee work, planning schedules and distributing workload.
- Experience in working with KPI, results analysis and performance improvement.
- Ability to analyze errors, identify their causes and initiate solutions.
- Experience in implementing or improving processes, work standards or automation solutions would be a great advantage.
- Good skills in working with IT systems and MS Excel.
- Experience in logistics, production, warehousing or similar operational environment is an advantage.
