Primary responsibilities
- Greeting and seeing off guests.
- Providing various information about the hotel, city and services.
- Organizing reservations (restaurants, excursions, transport, etc.).
- Collaborating with other hotel departments.
- Ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
Working hours 10:00-22:00, long/short week. Work location in Palanga.
Employee requirements
- Excellent communication skills, sociability, initiative, tact.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Responsibility, helpfulness, professionalism.
- Representative appearance.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage, but not necessary.
