We are expanding the team at the "Sietynas" lighting showroom in Vilnius and are looking for someone who would become a strong pillar for working with physical customer traffic, private interiors, and exposition.
What will you do:
- Customer service: Active work with customers visiting the showroom, clarifying their needs and selling lighting solutions.
- Project support: Assisting the showroom manager, preparing commercial offers (estimates), systematizing technical information.
- Architect service: Basic consultations for interior designers and contractors visiting the showroom.
- Maintenance of aesthetic and impeccable lighting display.
What do we expect from you:
- Sales DNA: Ability to close the sale, not just consult. Focus on a specific personal result.
- Experience: Direct sales or customer service experience. Working in retail with interior products (plumbing, tiles, furniture, kitchens) or higher segment goods is a huge advantage.
- Technical aptitude: Technical knowledge of lighting (not only as an interior accent, but also a technical solution) is a big advantage.
- Aesthetics and accuracy: Sense of aesthetics, sensitivity to interior trends, digital literacy and thoroughness in preparing estimates.
What we offer:
- Salary: €1600/month. in hand. This is the base + bonuses depending on your sales. We do not apply an upper “ceiling” to your results.
- Help and education from the showroom manager on technical lighting issues.
- Direct contribution to the results of the growing Vilnius branch without a lot of corporate bureaucracy.
Work schedule:
Monday-Saturday (Mon-Fri: 10:00-19:00, Fri: 10:00-16:00).
Days off: Sunday + one variable day during the week (negotiable). One free Saturday per month.
