Your responsibilities
🔹 Coordinate joint FastTrack and partner programs - from searching for teachers to organizing lectures, trainings and events;
🔹 Cooperate with an internal team of 15 people and, depending on the seasonality, 10-50 teachers who will contribute to the implementation of daily projects;
🔹 Supervise training and study processes and ensure smooth communication between students, teachers, internal team and partners;
🔹 Conduct a search for potential partners, initiate cooperation and maintain long-term relationships;
🔹 Contribute to the development and implementation of new educational programs and projects;
🔹 Independently plan work, set priorities and ensure that projects are implemented in a quality and timely manner;
🔹 Be the connecting link between our organization's vision and its implementation in daily activities.

Employee requirements
What we expect from you
🔹 At least 2 years of experience in project management, program coordination or similar work;
🔹 Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills;
🔹 Initiative, independence and a proactive approach to work;
🔹 Ability to make decisions independently, manage several processes simultaneously and set priorities;
🔹 Good oral and written English skills;
🔹 Good computer and Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel;
🔹 Experience in organizing events, trainings, lectures or other project processes;
🔹 Interest in innovations in technology, artificial intelligence and education.
