Your responsibilities
Planning
- Analysis of the contract, design documentation and budget;
- Planning and ordering the need for equipment and materials (boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, air conditioners, etc.).
- Creating a work schedule, providing the team with drawings, materials, mechanisms
- Monitoring deadlines, quality and work safety;
- Searching for subcontractors, monitoring contract execution and work quality.
- System testing (hydraulic pressure, duct tightness), commissioning, balancing and coordination of BMS adjustment;
- Filling out the construction log, acts and commissioning-adjustment protocols;
- Recording of completed work, communication with the customer, designers, general contractor.
What do we expect?
Experience as a project manager, preferably in the HVAC field;
Knowledge of construction technical regulations and processes;
Ability to independently plan, coordinate and control the work of a team;
Skills in preparing construction documentation, good computer skills.
