Are you interested in engineering solutions and want to combine technical knowledge with sales? We are looking for a Sales Manager who is knowledgeable in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) field and is able to combine technical thinking with commercial insight.
Our client is a stable company that supplies HVAC products and technical solutions to professionals throughout Lithuania. The company represents well-known international manufacturers, ensures a high level of service and values long-term relationships with partners.
The existing wholesale customer base will be transferred to you. The colleague transferring it will introduce you to customers, work processes and train you so that you can smoothly take over the business.

Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing wholesale customers and create new long-term partnerships.
- Achieve the company's growth goals by actively developing sales in the HVAC market.
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate sales terms and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What do we expect from you:
- Technical understanding of heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems.
- Experience in active sales in the HVAC field (advantage).
- Ability to clearly argue technical advantages from a commercial point of view.
- Independence, responsibility and consistency in achieving results.
- Communicative and able to build relationships based on trust.
