NATURE OF WORK:
- HVAC engineering system defects;
- proper archiving of HVAC engineering system documentation;
- Preparation and proper archiving of regulatory journals and acts of HVAC engineering systems;
- Preparation of estimates and budgets for repair works related to HVAC engineering systems, tendering of contractors, control of works performed by contractors and contractual obligations;
- Help with the maintenance of other engineering systems, small operational works and elimination of tenant complaints/defects;
EXPECTATIONS FROM A FUTURE EMPLOYEE:
- Higher education in the field of construction engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and sewage (HVAC and VN);
- Experience in installation and/or maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and sewage (HVAC and VN) systems (at least 2 years);
- Initiative, quick orientation and negotiation skills;
- Driver's licence B category.
