Nature of work
- Maintenance of HVAC engineering systems and assessment of technical condition in administrative buildings;
- Diagnostics of HVAC system failures and performance of minor repair work;
- Preparation and administration of technical documentation, logs and acts of HVAC systems;
- Preparation of repair work estimates and budgets;
- Selection of contractors, coordination of work and quality control of performed work;
- Consulting clients on technical issues;
- Assistance in maintaining other building engineering systems.
Employee requirements
- Technical education in the field of HVAC/construction engineering/water management engineering;
- At least 2 years of experience in the operation, maintenance, installation or repair of HVAC systems;
- Experience working with HVAC systems of administrative buildings;
- Ability to identify technical failures and make engineering decisions;
- Initiative, responsibility and the ability to promptly solve technical problems;
- Category B driver's license.
