Nature of work
I will organize HVAC and water and wastewater (WW) installation work at the facilities.
I will plan the daily work of crews and subcontractors according to the schedule agreed upon by the project manager.
I will ensure that the work is carried out according to the project, technical requirements and quality standards.
I will check the work performed, record discrepancies and coordinate their correction.
I will ensure that the necessary materials and equipment are available at the facility on time.
I will fill in the work execution documentation and provide information to the project manager about the progress and obstacles.
I will cooperate with the work managers and contractors of other parts at the facility.

Employee requirements
Experience in organizing HVAC and/or VN installation work.
Ability to read drawings and understand engineering systems solutions.
Ability to organize team work and solve daily issues at the facility.
Responsibility, independence and attention to the quality of work.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Driver's license.
Engineering education is an advantage.
