Nature of work
- Organization and management of HVAC and VN projects from the beginning of work to the handover of the facility;
- Control of work deadlines, budget and quality;
- Coordination of the work of subcontractors and installation teams;
- Planning and control of the supply of materials and equipment;
- Analysis of design and technical documentation;
- Coordination of technical issues with the customer, designers, technical maintenance and other project participants;
- Control of the quantities of work performed, additional work and changes;
- Participation in site meetings;
- Organization of the resolution of defects, discrepancies and technical problems;
- Coordination of project completion, testing and handover documentation.
Employee requirements
- Experience in managing HVAC and/or VN systems installation projects;
- Ability to read and analyze technical designs, drawings and specifications;
- Practical understanding of HVAC, heating, cooling, plumbing and wastewater systems;
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions on site;
- Ability to manage subcontractors, deadlines and project costs;
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
- Category B driver's license.
