What will you do in our activities?
- Organize and coordinate HVAC and VN system installation work at facilities.
- Plan the work progress and ensure that the work is carried out according to the project and the established deadlines.
- Coordinate the work of installers and subcontractors.
- Order the necessary materials and equipment.
- Communicate with customers, technical maintenance and designers.
- Manage documentation related to the work being performed.
- Ensure the quality of the work performed and compliance with occupational safety requirements.
We hope that you:
- Has experience as a construction manager in the field of construction. ( HVAC/ VN would be an advantage )
- Valid qualification certificate of a construction manager for a special structure or special works - an advantage
- Able to read technical projects and drawings.
- Able to independently plan, organize work and make decisions.
- You are responsible, proactive and communicative.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
