HVAC PROJECT TENDER ENGINEER in Vilnius

We are looking for a curious and energetic person who will work with new project tenders - analyze projects, calculate estimates and prepare proposals for work tenders.

Maybe you already have some experience with HVAC or construction projects, or maybe you have just graduated from engineering studies and want to quickly gain real project experience.

What you will do:

Main work - new project tenders and preparation of proposals, part-time - assistance in ongoing projects.
You will work together with project managers on HVAC and internal VN systems projects (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, sewage).

The work will include:

1. Working with new project tenders:

• analysis of project documentation
• communication with suppliers and selection of equipment
• calculation of estimates ("SES" program - if you don't know how, we will teach you)
• preparation of commercial offers.

2. Assistance in ongoing projects:

• selection of equipment and materials
• preparation of technical documentation or detailed drawings
• solving design issues together with the team
• preparation of work documentation and acts.

• Engineering or building energy education (or completion of studies)
• General understanding of HVAC or other building engineering systems
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Curiosity, initiative and desire to improve
• Responsible attitude to work.

Experience in estimates or design is an advantage, but not necessary.
The most important thing is thinking, a desire to learn and grow.

1300-1900 €/mon. net
The salary consists of a stable base salary and motivating bonuses, which depend on your work performance and results.
