HVAC PROJECT SUPPLY AND PURCHASE COORDINATOR

We are looking for an energetic, organized and quick-thinking person who enjoys solving problems, organizing processes and finding the best solutions.

This is a position for someone who wants a more interesting job than the usual administrative one - here you will be responsible for the procurement and coordination of materials for ongoing projects and will become an important part of the project team.

You will work together with project managers, as well as help the manager coordinate the daily processes of the company.

Since we work with engineering systems projects, this position is intended for someone with a construction or building energy education and who wants to work in this field.

What you will do:
Supply for ongoing projects

• Equipment selection and ordering in a team with project managers
• Searching for suppliers of materials and technical resources and selecting the best price
• Coordinating the delivery of orders
• Searching, attracting and bidding for subcontractors
• Controlling purchase prices, invoices and quantities
• Communication with suppliers and the project team

Coordination of the company's activities

• Organizing various purchases for the company's activities
• Searching for employee resources
• Assistance in personnel selection
• Coordination of timesheets and simple administrative processes

Since we work with engineering systems projects, we are looking for someone with a construction or engineering background and an understanding of construction processes.

We expect:

• education in construction, building energy or other engineering field
• general understanding of construction processes or engineering projects

Also important:

• organizational skills and a responsible approach to work
• ability to communicate with people and solve problems
• computer literacy (MS Office)
• initiative and desire to improve

Advantage:

• experience working with construction projects, procurement or project coordination

The salary consists of a stable base salary and motivating bonuses, which depend on your work experience and returning results.
