Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the implementation of HVAC projects from inception to handover.
- Plan the work progress, schedules and resources.
- Manage the work of installation teams.
- Organize the activities of subcontractors and control their work.
- Cooperate with customers, technical supervisors, designers and other project participants.
- Control project deadlines, quality and budget.
- Ensure compliance of work with project documentation and applicable legal acts.
- Resolve technical issues at the construction site.
- Organize the need for materials and equipment together with the procurement department.
- Prepare acts of completed work, proposals for additional work and other project documentation.
- Participate in the object handover process.
- Constantly seek more effective work organization solutions.
Employee requirements
- You have a university or higher engineering education.
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in HVAC project management.
- You are able to read technical projects and drawings.
- You are familiar with construction processes and HVAC technologies.
- You know how to plan work and manage several projects simultaneously.
- You are responsible, organized and result-oriented.
- You are able to make decisions and communicate effectively.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are able to work with a computer (MS Office, AutoCAD).
