HVAC Project Manager / Engineer

• Full project control: Comprehensive management of engineering systems projects from documentation takeover to complete facility handover.
• Direct work with real estate developers, general contractors: Coordination of project progress, technical corrections and additional work directly with customers.
• Team management: Direct control of work managers, approval of their weekly plans and supervision of general facility discipline.

Budget and resource management: Supervision of material and equipment supply schedules, monitoring facility budgets and control of necessary executive documentation.

• Coordination of HVAC-VM project preparation.
• Coordination of design solutions with the customer.
• Participation in production meetings.

• Engineering education;
• Successful and independent project management experience - an advantage: in the field of engineering systems (HVAC / VN).
• Experience in analyzing HVAC and VN projects, working with designers and finding rational solutions).
• Leadership: Experience in ensuring the accountability of project managers, the implementation of motivational systems and work safety at facilities.
• Independence in decision-making: Ability to take responsibility for the result of project management and compliance with the budget.

Monitoring results: Orientation to deadlines, adherence to schedules and budget.

• Have a category B driver's license.
• Special construction work manager certificate for a special structure (an advantage).

2000-2500 €/mon. net
The salary depends on the candidate's work experience and skills. Negotiations are possible depending on the candidate's competencies and experience.
