Maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial buildings;
Fault detection, analysis of their causes and prompt elimination;
Assessment of the technical condition of systems, recording of defects and discrepancies;
Work with system automation and BMS (building management systems);
Cooperation with the building maintenance team, ensuring the efficient operation of objects.

Employee requirements
Experience as an HVAC systems engineer, site manager or construction manager;
Education in the field of construction engineering;
Good knowledge of HVAC systems and their automation;
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems;
Technical thinking, experience in fault cause analysis, responsibility at work.
