Organization of maintenance and service of HVAC systems of commercial buildings;
Management of fault detection, analysis of their causes and control of operational elimination;
Assessment of the technical condition of systems, recording of defects and discrepancies;
Work with system automation and BMS (building management systems);
Cooperation with contractors, ensuring effective operation of objects;
Filling in documentation.

Employee requirements
Experience working as an HVAC systems engineer, site manager or construction site manager;
Good knowledge of HVAC systems and their automation;
Ability to diagnose the causes of HVAC system failures;
Technical thinking, experience in fault cause analysis, responsibility at work.
