Main responsibilities:
- Ensure reliable and efficient operation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems of rolling stock and their compatibility with other rolling stock systems
- Implement and improve solutions for technical maintenance, diagnostics, repair and modernization of HVAC systems
- Prepare technical tasks and coordinate maintenance, repair and upgrade works in cooperation with manufacturers, contractors and internal teams
- Participate in the processes of diagnostics, acceptance, repair and modernization of HVAC systems and evaluate their results
- Prepare technical specifications, procurement documentation and other technical documents
- Analyze the operation of systems, identify the causes of failures and implement solutions that increase reliability and energy efficiency
- Consult and train technical maintenance personnel on issues of operation and maintenance of HVAC systems
What do we expect?
- Higher education in mechanics, energy, heat, transport or other related engineering field
- Practical experience in working with Experience with HVAC, refrigeration or other engineering systems
- Knowledge of the principles of operation, automatic control, diagnostics, maintenance and repair processes of HVAC systems
- Ability to analyze technical diagrams, drawings, operating parameters and fault data
- Skills in preparing technical documentation, specifications and maintenance documents
- Knowledge of the principles of thermodynamics, heat transfer, refrigeration processes and energy efficiency
- Knowledge of refrigerant use, safety and environmental requirements
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills at least B2 level
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, communication skills, independence and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in the field of railway rolling stock or vehicles (advantage)
