Nature of work
- Organize purchases of HVAC system materials, equipment and components.
- Analyze supplier offers, negotiate prices, terms and other terms of cooperation.
- Search for new suppliers in Lithuania and abroad.
- Ensure timely execution of orders for projects.
- Manage the progress of orders from order placement to delivery.
- Control delivery terms and promptly resolve any problems that arise.
- Analyze material prices, look for savings opportunities.
- Cooperate with project managers, estimators, warehouse and work managers.
- Administer procurement documentation and data in the company's systems.
Employee requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of procurement (in the HVAC or construction sector - a big advantage).
- You have good knowledge of HVAC materials, equipment and main manufacturers.
- You are able to analyze prices and make cost-effective decisions.
- You have excellent negotiation skills.
- You are organized, responsible and result-oriented.
- You work well with MS Excel.
- You are able to work independently and in a team.
- You speak English (Russian - an advantage).
