We are looking for a responsible and proactive HVAC project manager who would coordinate the design process, ensure the quality of the projects and, together with the designers, search for the most effective technical solutions.

- Management and coordination of the preparation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewage systems projects;
- Cooperation with teams of project participants of other engineering parts (water supply and sewage, electricity, automation);
- Search for the most rational technical solutions;
- Supervision of the preparation of documentation for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewage systems and quality control;
- Tendering of contractors for works related to engineering systems, control of performed works and contractual obligations;
- Communication with designers and customers;
- Maintenance of engineering systems at construction sites.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in the design, installation and/or maintenance of HVAC and water supply and wastewater systems;
- Higher education in civil engineering or heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and wastewater systems;
- Ability to read, analyze and evaluate technical drawings and calculations;
- Good organizational, communication and collaboration skills;
- Initiative, ability to quickly navigate situations and make decisions;
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
- Category B driver's license;
- Qualification certificates (advantage).
