Nature of work

Planning, organizing and controlling construction works (HVAC, VN) at the facilities;
Distribution of work to the team, their supervision and coordination;
Controlling the activities of subcontractors and cooperating with them;
Ordering materials and ensuring timely delivery;
Ensuring compliance with work safety, quality, fire safety and environmental protection requirements;
Filling out construction work logs and other necessary documentation;
Keeping track of working hours.

Employee requirements

Engineering construction education (preferably in the HVAC field);
Experience in managing engineering systems installation works;
SSVA certificate;
Ability to plan, organize and manage construction processes;
Computer literacy (MS Office, etc.);
Driver's license (category B);
Organization, honesty, responsible attitude to work.

Salary
