Nature of work
You will be looking for new HVAC and VN projects and clients.
You will qualify requests and analyze projects.
You will be looking for subcontractors and collect their offers.
You will negotiate with suppliers on prices and conditions of materials and equipment.
You will provide suppliers' prices to estimators to prepare estimates.
You will coordinate work with the estimate department.
You will prepare commercial offers.
You will lead projects until the contract is signed.

Employee requirements
At least 2 years of experience in HVAC/VM sales or project management.
Knowledge of HVAC and VM systems.
Ability to read design documentation.
Good MS Office skills, AutoCAD is an advantage.
Negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
Independence and initiative.
Engineering education is an advantage.
