Civinity engineering, UAB, a member of the Civinity group of companies, has been successfully operating for over 25 years, designing and installing HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and HVS (water supply, sewage) systems in modern new-build buildings in Lithuania and the UK.
We are currently expanding our scope of work and are looking for an experienced project manager with experience in managing HVAC, HVS projects in new-build buildings, who is able to manage a project from contract award to handover.

Nature of work
- Construction cost of engineering systems and project budget preparation and control;
- Project implementation planning, management and coordination;
- Selection and implementation of effective engineering solutions;
- Selection and tendering of the most suitable equipment and materials, control of orders and supplies;
- Preparation, coordination and control of work schedules;
- Selection of subcontractors, coordination of contracts and supervision of execution;
- Cooperation with designers, customer and general contractor, prompt resolution of issues;
- Coordination of the work of the project team (work managers, project engineers);
- Organization, coordination and control of the process of commissioning, adjustment and handover of the facility;
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in implementing HVAC and VN projects;
- Higher engineering education;
- Good project management, planning and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of project financial indicators;
- Category B driver's license.
- Knowledge of English (a big advantage);
- Ability to travel (a big advantage).
