Swedish Speaking R2R Process Specialist

Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated Swedish speaking individual with R2R knowledge to join one of our teams.

Swedish Speaking R2R Process Specialist

You can expect to:

· Complete accounting activities in a timely and accurate manner

· Execute controls within accounting processes

· Handle reconciliations, prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, yearly statistical reports for Nordic countries

· Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders

· Identify and implement process improvements

· Ensure that services meet contract requirements and customer satisfaction

· Coordinate daily with team members in Lithuania, Sweden and India

We expect You to:

· Have very good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English language (from B1+)

· Be a person who enjoys working with others while also being fully responsible for your own tasks and able to work independently

· Be proactive and solution-oriented with customers and in your daily work

· Have an ability to understand and follow legal requirements, rules and regulations

· Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Be responsible and take ownership
